Returns Policy.

We want customers to receive what they ordered in good condition. This policy explains returns, refunds and exchanges for LUSCIOUS. products.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, repair or other remedy if a product has a major failure, is unsafe, is not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Change Of Mind

Because haircare products are personal-care items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used. If the product is unopened, unused and in resaleable condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the request.

Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a short description of the issue. Please keep the product and packaging until we confirm the next step.

How To Request A Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. We may ask for photos, proof of purchase or additional information.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Shopify, payment providers and banks.

Shipping Costs

If a return is required because of a confirmed fault, damage or our error, we will provide a reasonable remedy in line with consumer law. For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
